Your legal representative will arrange for an independent medical assessment to be carried out as part of your claim. A private appointment will be organised with one of our approved and accredited medical professionals, who will conduct the examination and prepare a formal report.

Clients receive a telephone or text reminder three days prior to their scheduled appointment.
