Medical Appointment
Your medical assessment
Your legal representative will arrange for an independent medical assessment to be carried out as part of your claim. A private appointment will be organised with one of our approved and accredited medical professionals, who will conduct the examination and prepare a formal report.
Why your medical assessment matters
In most personal injury claims, matters are resolved without court proceedings, with decisions being made largely on the strength of the medical evidence. For this reason, attending your medical appointment is a crucial step in the process. The examination enables a professional medical report to be produced, forming the foundation of your compensation claim and providing essential evidence to support your case.
We are recognised for delivering consistently high-speed service delivery to our instructing partners.
An examination appointment is secured within three working days of receiving the initial instruction.
Clients receive a telephone or text reminder three days prior to their scheduled appointment.
Medical reports are produced and issued within five working days following the examination.
