AML Reporting Limited is a medico legal company who facilitates the production of medical reports in injury claims. In order for us to provide this service we provide other users with your personal data to enable them to contact you directly. Other users are verified to ensure that they meet the requirements to service our requests and are audited to check that the required standards are being maintained.
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that a person can be identified. It does not include data where information which would identify a person has been removed (anonymous data). AML Reporting Limited collects, uses, stores and transfers different kinds of personal data about you which have been grouped together as follows:
Identity Data includes title, first name, surname, medical expertise, medical qualifications (including number of years practicing), accreditations, gender and your registration number(s) given to you by a regulator and any relevant information from regulators, if applicable, gender.
Contact Data includes postal address, email address and telephone numbers, including fax number.
Financial Data includes bank account details and payment details.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in-types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website and A2A.
Profile Data includes your email address and password associated with it.
Usage Data includes information about how you use our website and A2A.
Marketing and Communication Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.
AML Reporting Limited will process any other information passed to us by you, your organization or third parties. We will also collect, use and share statistical data for different purposes. This data, may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.
AML Reporting Limited does not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your genetic and biometric data).

HOW AML REPORTING LIMITED USES YOUR PERSONAL DATA
AML Reporting Limited will only use your personal data when the law allows it to do so. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

In addition, access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties is limited to those who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
AML Reporting Limited has put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and the ICO of a breach where AML Reporting Limited is legally required to do so.
How long will AML Reporting Limited use my personal data for?
AML Reporting Limited will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes that it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, AML Reporting Limited considered the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of personal data, the purposes for which AML Reporting Limited processes your personal data and whether AML Reporting Limited can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
We keep information about you for no longer than six years after your last report, instruction or settled claim date, for regulatory and audit purposes. AML Reporting Limited may keep certain information for shorter periods of time as it only retains information for as long as it is necessary.
In some circumstances AML Reporting Limited may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer identify/be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case AML Reporting Limited may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
AML Reporting Limited is part of the MedCo random allocation model and as such receives personal and business information in order for our company to process medicolegal reports.

It is important that the personal data AML Reporting Limited holds about you is accurate and current. Please update us if your personal data changes during your relationship with AML Reporting Limited.
AML Reporting Limited will not usually charge you a fee for any request you make.
AML Reporting Limited may need to request specific information from you to confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any persona who has no right to receive it.
Where AML Reporting Limited needs to collect personal data by law or under the terms of the SLA AML Reporting Limited has with you and you fail to provide the data when requested or withdraw consent, AML Reporting Limited may not be able to enter or perform the obligations under the SLA. In those circumstances AML Reporting Limited may have to terminate the SLA or refuse to enter into an SLA with you.
AML Reporting Limited will respond to your requests as soon as possible and at the latest within a month. Occasionally it may take AML Reporting Limited longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, you will be notified and kept updated on the progress of your request.

- Request correction of the personal data that AML Reporting Limited holds about you

If you do not want AML Reporting Limited to undertake automated decision making in relation to your personal data you may be unable to continue to use the services of AML Reporting Limited.
- Withdraw consent at any time where AML Reporting Limited are relying on consent to process your personal data.
This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, AML Reporting Limited may not be able to continue to provide services to you. If this is the case, AML Reporting Limited will advise you of this at the time you withdraw your consent.
