  • We appreciate that having to handle and manage your own claim process is not an easy​process and here at AML Reporting Limited, we will make sure that obtaining a medical report for the purposes of making your claim is made as easy and seamless as possible. We will ensure that an appointment is arranged for you with one of our medical experts at a time and location which is convenient to you.
  • If you are at the point in your claim which is progressing through the Official Injury Claims Portal to arrange an appointment for a medical examination, you can be assured that the cost of this examination will not be paid by you, but will be paid by the insurance company​of the individual who is at fault for the accident you have been involved in.




When you choose AML Reporting Limited, we promise:

  • To acknowledge receipt of your instruction within 1 working day of you having selected AML Reporting Limited in the Official Injury Claims Portal.
  • To arrange a medical appointment for you to be examined by one of our medical experts within 20 working days of your instruction. The appointment will be arranged at a time and location convenient to you.
  • To upload your medical report to the Official Injury Claims Portal within 5 working days of your appointment and notify you that your medical report is available for you to review.
  • To ensure that any factual inaccuracies which you may identify within your medical report are rectified with 15 working days of you notifying us of the same.
  • To be available to respond to any questions that you may have in relation to the entire process of obtaining your medical report.




  • We will arrange your medical appointment with you and confirm you of the date and time of your appointment by e-mail or Post and by text message. If you are unable to attend your appointment after it has been arranged, please inform us immediately and we will rearrange the same.
  • If you have any special requirements, such as the need for disabled access, please inform us at the time we contact you to arrange your appointment.
  •  Please arrive at the location of your appointment approximately 10 minutes before the time of your appointment.
  • The appointment will be approximately 15 minutes long, but this will vary dependent upon your specific case.
  • Please take a form of identification with you, such as a passport or driving license, as the doctor who examines you will ask for a copy of this to verify your identity.
  •  At the appointment, you will be asked about the injuries that you have suffered in the accident. Although the expert will already have details of the injuries that you will have entered into the Official Injury Claims Portal.
  • It is important that you advise the expert of each injury you have suffered and how it has affected you.
  • It is also important to inform the expert of any treatment you have received for the injuries, any time off work as a result of the accident and any previous accidents or medical history of similar injuries.




  • Following your medical appointment, the expert who examined you will prepare a medico legal report and send it to us, where a member of our experienced team will review the medical report, checking for any inaccuracies.
  • Following the completion of our review we will upload this report to the Official Injury Claims Portal. We aim to upload this report to the Portal within 5 working days of your appointment.
  • When we upload the report, we will contact you to inform you that the report has been uploaded to the Portal and you will then be able to review the report bey accessing the Portal. You will also receive a notification directly from the portal that the report is ready to review.
  • Once you have reviewed the report, if you find any factual inaccuracies, please inform us immediately through the options available from within the Official injury Claims Portal. Upon notification of any factual inaccuracies, we will contact your examining expert and ask him to review his report and correct any factual inaccuracies.
  • The expert will have 15 working days to resolve the issues identified and return the report to us.
  • When you are happy with the report should you can ‘share’ the report from within the Official Injury Claims Portal, which will progress your claim to the next stage.
